Hearing Conservation, Audiometric Testing & Hearing Program Management
Safe-Tee Management has been providing hearing conservation programs to industries for over 10 years. An Occupational Health and Safety Registered Nurse oversees all aspects of the program, guaranteeing the utmost in knowledge and professionalism. A hearing conservation program developed by Safe-Tee Management contains the following elements:

Our hearing testing and hearing conservation programs meets the requirements of provincial requirements, as our entire hearing conservation program is administered and supervised by a Registered Nurse who is also a Certified Audiometric Technician.
Safe-Tee Management has developed all of the required forms that a company would need to manage the hearing conservation program at the work place. This includes:

Sound Level Monitoring in the Workplace:
We analyze potential hearing hazards, and offer advisory consultation on interventions to reduce hazardous noise exposure. We do the noise mapping of all work areas and equipment. We post stickers so that all employees are aware of the sound range and know when to wear their hearing protection. The client is providedwith a documented noise survey.
Hearing Testing
Safe-Tee Management has been providing Audiometric Testing to industries for over ten years. All our hearing tests are conducted in accordance with CSA Standards, using a calibrated CSA approved audiometer. We use the AUDIOGRAF COMPUTERIZED SYSTEM. This system is a state of the art, fully portable piece of computerized testing equipment.
Our Certified Audiometric Technician provides hearing testing and one-on-one counseling. Every test includes a complete otoscopic examination to ensure that the path to the eardrum is clear and open.
You will receive a summarized report of all hearing testing, plus a full report with recommendations for appropriate follow-up.
All Audiometric Technicians work under the direction of the supervising Registered Nurse!
Employee Hearing Conservation Training Program
Employees who understand the effects of noise on hearing are likely to be more conscientious about a Hearing Conservation Program. Safe-Tee Management has developed an extensive Hearing Conservation Training session that assists management and workers in understanding the importance of protecting their hearing, what the testing process is all about and how to choose the right hearing protection based on heir noise exposure. The training session is approximately one and a half hours long and fits perfectly into your health and safety meeting agenda!
